I’ve had such a great experience living here! Lori and Danielle made the entire leasing process so easy and stress-free. They were both incredibly sweet, welcoming, and always happy to answer any questions I had. The apartment itself is beautiful, well-maintained, and truly feels like home. One of my favorite things about this community is how quiet and peaceful it is while still having such friendly neighbors. The maintenance staff has also been amazing, they’re always friendly and respond to requests very quickly, which I really appreciate. I’ve really loved living here and would absolutely recommend this community to anyone looking for a place to call home.

The apartment itself is fine. They use a company called fetch to deliver packages. I highly recommend looking up this business and seeing the awful reviews before renting from anyone using this business. They leave your packages in the sun in large piles unattended and strangely your packages disappear. The company always tries to blame whatever delivery service. I have caught them in lies many times. Getting packages is something I have never had to spend so much time on. It’s wild. They charge me 20 dollars a month to give me nothing but headaches. I’m written this review because I have reached out to the apartment complex multiple times and they have not responded at all. To all looking for apartments, good luck. Hope this helps. Avoid fetch at all cost. Trust me. Monroe has replied to this that fetch will work to be better. This is not true. No one has reached out to me and I have been dealing with this for over a year. Every time I speak with them they avoid speaking of any inefficiencies because they know they have you trapped. The apartment won’t let you have delivery drivers in the complex and the service loses packages all the time. The apartment complex should allow people to get out paying fetch. No one should be forced to work with a company that loses packages and makes your life harder.
