My Experience Calling Mirador at Peachtree Apartments I called Mirador at Peachtree because they were advertising what looked like a great move-in special. Unfortunately, after speaking with the leasing office, my excitement quickly disappeared. Before you even know whether you qualify, you're required to pay a $75 application fee and a $175 administrative fee upfront. I was told that if you're approved, the administrative fee will be credited to your account. However, if you're denied, you lose that money. I then asked a simple question: "What is the minimum credit score required?" The response was, "We don't have one." I found that answer hard to believe. Every apartment community has screening criteria, and if you can't tell prospective renters what the basic qualifications are, it raises concerns about asking people to pay nearly $250 before knowing whether they have a realistic chance of being approved. Based on my experience, I recommend that prospective renters ask detailed questions before paying any fees. If a property isn't willing to clearly explain its qualification requirements upfront, you may want to consider other apartment communities that are more transparent. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Mirador at Peachtree.

I would not recommend living here. I’m writing this review to warn others about my experience. From the day I moved in, I had a serious roach infestation. To the point roaches would crawl on me while I was sleep. My dishwasher also didn’t work when I first moved in. Throughout my lease, neighborhood kids would repeatedly hit my windows, and at one point a group of kids came to my door, stole my Ring doorbell, and ran off with it. The walls are extremely thin. I could hear almost everything happening in neighboring apartments, including frequent loud disturbances that made it difficult to have peace and quiet. The apartment above me was especially noisy, with multiple pets and children creating constant noise throughout the day and night. Even after making complaints, the noise continued. For the last month or two before I moved out, the fire alarm was going off repeatedly, which became incredibly frustrating and disruptive. One positive thing I can say is that the maintenance technician always did a good job and was professional whenever repairs were needed. I was also told by neighbors about rat infestations in parts of the property, although I did not personally experience that. The most unsettling experience happened shortly before I moved out. Multiple police vehicles responded to the property, and residents were told to stay inside with our doors locked. We were never given a clear explanation afterward about what had happened, which left me and my family feeling scared and uneasy. Overall, my experience living here was very disappointing. Between the pest issues, broken appliances at move-in, theft, constant noise, dirty garbage outside filled up all the way to the point where trash is all over, repeated fire alarms, and overall lack of peace and security, dirty halls, dirty parks I cannot recommend this apartment community. I strongly encourage anyone considering moving here to do thorough research before signing a lease. Beautiful apartment but not worth any of this hassle or safety!

I was attempting to apply for residency here. They advertised waived admin and waived app fee. The meaning of waived is not having to pay not pay and we’ll credit your rent. Then if declined they refund the “app fee”. Huh? The admin fee should be refunded. Sounds like robbery to me. Red flags already.
