Lakeshore Crossing Apartments

I’ve been living here for a month now, and I absolutely love my apartment! The location is amazing for Atlanta — I’m right in the middle of everything and super close to my job, which is such a plus. The office staff is so friendly and welcoming. They were incredibly patient and helpful throughout my entire move-in process, and I really appreciated that. They made everything feel so much easier. I’m so happy with my decision to move here and look forward to making this place home!

As a resident it gets frustrating when the place you stay doesn’t take your concerns seriously. For the last 3 weeks I have been dealing with a rodent in my home. The 1st time I discovered it I was highly concerned, disgusted, and uncomfortable. As I have no desire to stay in a place where rodents would be a concern. The leasing office closes early when the regional manager is not in office. So if you have to work and get here after 4:30 just assume the office is closed. Saturdays are open randomly. When calling over the phone they act as if I need to “get over” my concerns. I asked if maintenance could simply look in my kitchen and do a walk through, I was told someone could stop by before they close. The maintenance men were leaning on the banister laughing doing nothing. My kitchen is so small it would have taken them 5min 10min max to do a walk through and address some concerns I have. Because the rodent didn’t come into my apartment once….its been more than that. So like any regular complex I would assume they’d want to know where it’s entering from and how they could seal that area up better. Instead “its too late to closing.” I asked to be place on the pest control list and she continues to tell me that wouldn’t help either. So no help from the office just a “you figure it out because thats not a concern of ours.” And to whoever reads and would like to respond to this in the office, im already unhappy and its not much you all can say to rectify this. Either hear me or leave it alone as you all have been doing. I think this will be the end of my time at this property. They dont care much at all…..within me writing this the maintenance man could of came & gone smh.

We have been living here for more than two years. The management and the maintainance staff are super nice people. If there is an issue, the do their best to resolve it. They have a nice little cyber room, where you can go and get print outs which we found really helpful. They do frequent pest controls in the apartments to get rid of the bugs. Even during our move out process, it is going really smooth and I don't have any complaints about this place.

Okat living at Lakeshore Crossing the apartments. But seriously, the Confluence Trail is like 50 feet across the creek, and I feel like I need a zipline or a kayak just to get there! Come on, management, let’s build that bridge. My legs and my sense of adventure will thank you.
