Haven on Peachwood Apartments

Haven is extremely fast and takes great care of their tenants. I put in a maintenance request a few hours ago and Wendell came out and fixed my issue. He has a great attitude and is always ready and available to help! The team at have are efficient and effective.

My daughter and I had been looking for apartments all day and were basically coming up empty. Luckily a friend of mine suggested we check out Haven because she’d been here with a friend and loved it! I’m so glad we did! The manager, Dionna Was there alone, but She made us feel so welcome and took the time to show us around the entire property. She made sure and gave us details About all the amenities and fees, and make sure all our questions were answered. Definitely the nicest tour of the day, making the decision to select Haven on Peachwood an easy one!

I stayed at Haven on Peachwood from 2022-2026. Once RPM Living took over management, things went DOWNHILL FAST. There were extra fees added once I renewed my lease. There was not communication of the added charges once management switched over. Base rent was ~$1400 and ended up paying $1700+ and the apartment is not even modern or up to date. Lack of communication on all parts, maintenance and front office. I recently moved out and a pregnant tenant. Had a major floor issue that caused moldy, mildewy smell when it rained. I'd wake up coughing horribly. There was mold on my windows and in the bathroom that was noted in the emails as well. They tried to blame it on my pets and when it was discovered that was not the case, it took them forever to compensate me for it. I was breathing in this air for the time I was pregnant there and it took them 2 months to even come correct the issue. I emailed them in January, they "forgot" and I had to remind them in March. Then the compensation was only $133 which is unacceptable for 3-4 months of breathing in horrible air quality. Once I pushed that it was an insult, the entire office stopped responding. I called the front office and left a message and never returned a call after that point. They do not pick up and manage the place as it was before. Before RPM Living, I would've given the place 3.5-4 stars. Now, it is a 1 star. There was a shooting in the complex and there was no communication about it. I found out from a family member. Also, if there is a major issue, don't even bother calling corporate, they ignore you too. If you're persistent with the front office, they ignore you and give sarcastic remarks. I would not recommend at all, especially underneath RPM Living. The price you'll pay in an apartment, you can pay for in the city with better amenities and actually looks better.

Today was my first time at this property helping my friend moved into her place . Hand down to Bianca for going above for her new tenant. She explained everything on the very first day and she also made sure the apartment was ready for move. I been in customer service role for 25 years and never experienced someone like Bianca that exceeded expectations. Y’all go checkout this property if you are interested.

Getting this apartment was such an easy and smooth process! The manager, Bianca, was absolutely amazing throughout everything. She deserves 10 stars if that were possible! She was incredibly helpful, patient, and answered every single question I had. Bianca made the whole experience stress-free and welcoming from start to finish. I truly appreciate all of her help and would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a great apartment and excellent management!
