Harmony Plaza I & II Apartments

I lived in these apartments years ago back in 2007-2013. The leasing/maintenance were really good back then. I applied to move back into Harmony Plaza I this year June 2026. Was approved and had a conversation with the leasing person about a definite move in date. Everything was in black and white and officially set. I had everything changed over and turned off at the recent location. I receive a call the DAY BEFORE MOVE IN DATE. YES, THE DAY BEFORE. That my move date had to be pushed back to the following week which a huge inconvenience. The fact that I received the call the day before and not a week before was very inconsiderate and unprofessional. The window in the unit was broken when I road threw the property the first week of June. I receive the call saying my move in date was being pushed back due to window being broken. They had plenty of time to fix the window. I was told they wait to the week of to fix things like that. Well, the week of would have been the week of my move in. Not the Monday after. They scheduled to the repair the week after. Which was inconsiderate. My move date was supposed to have been 6/27 I received the call on 6/26 that the window was being fixed on 6/29. Move being pushed to 6/30. Remind you the window was broken when I drove through the complex on 6/6. Again, enough time to get it fixed the week on should of been 6/22-6/26 not 6/29. This issue was a huge inconvenience. The way this happened. I felt the complex person had no regards at all for tenants. Then it took me over a month to get my deposit back. I would never refer or recommend anyone to move their and please drive through the property first. I wish I had of done that instead of making this the first stop and applying. I didn't drive through until after approved. Had I drove through before I would never have applied.

I lived there for 2 months no heat or air. Office staff LADIES was disrespectful and talked about my personal domestic violence situation in front of other residents. Roaches were crawling in my bed, refrigerator.RATS everywhere. homeless sitting and sleeping in front of my door.They falsely accused me of having the maintenance man living with me and placed security outside my apt for weeks all day and night I was harassed and force to move out of fear....DO NOT RENT FROM THEM it was a NIGHTMARE!!
