I had a wonderful experience touring Hanover Midtown! Fabian was absolutely amazing. He was friendly, professional, and took the time to answer all of my questions without making me feel rushed. He made the entire experience so easy and enjoyable. The property is beautiful and has everything I’m looking for. I really appreciated Fabian’s hospitality and how knowledgeable he was about the community. Definitely ask for Fabian if you’re considering Hanover Midtown!

I am relocating from out of town for a new job opportunity and applied to Hanover after explaining my situation upfront. Before applying, I was told that the documentation I had would be acceptable. Unfortunately, Hanover took nearly three weeks to provide a decision, despite numerous calls and attempts to get an update. I was ultimately denied because of an issue they claimed involved a date on one of my documents. What makes the situation even more frustrating is that I contacted my employer, and they confirmed that they received a call from Hanover regarding my employment verification. Hanover is now stating that they never contacted my employer, which directly contradicts what I was told. I am now less than a month away from relocating for my new job and have been denied after weeks of waiting, with no clear or reasonable explanation. The lack of communication, conflicting information, and unnecessary delay have made an already stressful relocation even more difficult. Based on my experience, I would not recommend Hanover. The entire process has been extremely frustrating and unprofessional.

From the moment I walked into Hanover Midtown, I was impressed. Natalie, the leasing agent, was outstanding, truly the best I've ever met. She gave me an exceptional tour and immediately understood exactly what I was looking for. The building is beautiful, modern, and impeccably maintained, offering everything you could possibly want in a place to call home.
