Loveeeddd this apartment! In a great area of town, near the highway, near perimeter mall, you can access the city just fine, around restaurants and grocery stores. Only downside is yes they are a "luxury" apartment but the pricing is just too high compared other "luxury" apartments in the perimeter/sandy springs area. Also the unit they had available was a first floor unit which I dislike.

I lived there for two year, overall great place to live. Even though it's close to the city it is nice and quiet (resident wise) Also pretty clean, maintenance does a great job! Before you move in just make sure you're okay with car noise, you're re right next to multiple highways. One thing I wish they had, more cameras or security. They broke in the garage multiple times while I lived there. The garage door made no difference. My boyfriends car had windows shattered TWICE on two different occasions. Besides that it was a good place.

The staff, food, and atmosphere was amazing and well put together. I would thank Glen for putting this event together and showing the residence thier appreciation.
