Housing for mothers with untrained children. Hallways are dirty and smelly. Outside get trashed every night by those who live there. It's the new projects.

I’m guessing it’s true what they say about this place because I’ve emailed this place multiple times and still haven’t received a response so I guess it is bad

These apartments are terrible with handling information me and my brother was planning on getting a loft apartment for about 9-10 months now and not gotten any assistants with the problem we're having with our security deposit not being found in the system from waiting a long period of time I do not recommend anyone to look into this apartments unless you want to be stressed out by the people in the office.

Horrible management. I do not recommend this apartment complex at all. Since September, there have been at least three different leasing agents, which already shows a lack of stability. Communication is extremely poor—they rarely answer the phone, and I was never able to speak with a manager. The staff is also very unprofessional. I was given three different move-in dates starting in November, and each time I was told my unit was being prepared. Then in April 2026, I was suddenly told I was not approved, which makes no sense after months of being told otherwise. To make matters worse, I paid a $250 deposit and have yet to receive my refund—no updates, no communication, nothing. I also spoke with someone named Crystal, who told me she couldn’t hear my concerns because someone had just walked in. When I tried to ask questions, she repeatedly talked over me and said she would respond by email—which I never received. Save yourself the stress—DO NOT MOVE HERE.

When the security guard told me you probably won't get your deposit back I thought he was joking. Because I left the apartment in very good condition. Was even told by the manager and the assistant manager I will get my money back and for me to give them my forwarding address so they can send the money. It has been since September and I still haven't got my deposit back in it's now January.
