What a great group of folks to work and deal with! I had the pleasure of meeting Daniel and Daley, yesterday. They truly care about what’s best for their tenants and strive to help. What a GREAT place to live. Hayes and Daniel are two great guys and really do care about each resident. They have gone above and beyond to make sure the entire location, from grounds, decor, amenities and each unit, creates an enjoyable experience. There are wide scale improvements going on that are making the space even better. The entire team has been responsive from the time I scheduled my first tour, through any and all minor maintenance requests I've had. Curtis has definitely taken care of everything. Now that we've got that out of the way, the units are fantastic! From the original factory windows, to the unique layout and the sky light, it is all well thought out and executed. The open floor plan makes the unit feel massive, yet warm and inviting. It's like a blank canvas for a creative. Every resident I've met is friendly and engaging as well.

I’ve been living here for a couple months now and it’s been absolutely perfect so far. Each unit is a perfectly unique blank canvas for any decoration style. The huge factory windows and industrial style make it feel like a premium studio. The staff has been absolutely amazing. Daniel, Hayes, and Kayla are super friendly and accommodating, you can tell they really take management of this building seriously. Located in the heart of downtown, you can get to pretty much anywhere in Atlanta with a short 5 minute walk to the nearest Marta. If you work in downtown or are a GSU student or just want a place in Atlanta, I couldn’t recommend this place more.

I have lived here for 3 years and love it! It is the perfect location for Georgia State students or if you work downtown. you are basically on GSU campus and just a 15-20 min walk from centennial olympic park! The apartments are the perfect loft feel and are a blank slate to add your decor and make it your home. I love that it is a smaller building and that each unit is unique.
