Currently in the process of getting a restraining order against an employee who has made terroristic threats towards me on more than one occasion. When I told the leasing office, Lindsay laughed and said “Well if that really happened you should file a police report” (which I did). The most recent incident had more than one witness (including the security guard) but management has continued to let this employee back into the building lobby, where she continues to threaten me. This employee is employed by Empire Parking Service, and has no reason to be inside my apartment complex building except to cause trouble. Not to mention Mackenzie has admitted to me that this employee regularly illegally boots cars. Overall, just know if you live here your safety will be priority 0

Outstanding leasing office, security and maintenance staff. The complex is quiet, neighbors are friendly and you're in a prime location with the beltline being steps away. Would highly recommend

My time here was everything I hoped for, for my first loft. Management is always welcoming and helpful. Being in close proximity to everything was so fun yet was a lot over time. Recommend for an ATL transplant looking to get to know the ins and outs of the city!

Makenzie and Lindsay at Ford Factory Lofts was responsive, kind, and genuinely gracious. Lindsay in particular handled everything with professionalism and real human warmth. The building itself is stunning — the history, the windows, the location on the BeltLine. Highly recommend reaching out if you're looking for something special in Atlanta with a real neighborhood feel in a city loft package.

Location , location , location!! This apartment building is in a great location ! While living there, we forgot we had a vehicle because everything was within walking distance ! Grocery store, well it’s right next door! Restaurants , your backyard is the Beltline. Safety, not an issue. The staff is very vigilant on who enters the elevators especially at night. If you work nearby, you can commute via the Beltline. Everyone on the Ford team was kind and welcoming !
