This community generally offers a welcoming environment with a strong sense of community, thanks to engaging events and a friendly, responsive staff who often go above and beyond. Maintenance requests are typically handled quickly and efficiently, with residents frequently praising the team's dedication and thoroughness. However, some residents have experienced initial maintenance issues upon moving in, and there have been concerns about slow response times for certain work orders, as well as high move-out charges that some feel are unfair.

Hats off to Chao and Destiny for making an experience with you all memorable even though I’ve been difficult during the touring and communication process. Things get hectic on my end but I appreciate the patience and persistence definitely recommending people come to you!!!

We absolutely love the amazing and creative events organized by Sarah and Don! 🥰 Today’s petting zoo was such a wonderful experience, and our daughter had the best time. ❤️ We truly appreciate the effort they put into bringing the community together and creating fun experiences for both kids and adults. Looking forward to many more! ✨
