We had a wonderful experience living here for a year. Our 2-bedroom, 2-bath apartment was beautiful, spacious, clean, and very well maintained. We truly enjoyed our time here and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to live in Buckhead!

I’m moving out after living here for two years and I have to say it was a great experience! The square footage you get is incredible and at one of the most reasonable prices in town. The amenities are great and the building is extremely convenient to get pretty much anywhere in town. And the rooftop views are incredible! The team is what really makes it special though. Princess, Mario, and Azuriyah always are friendly, helpful, and neighborly. The maintenance team is excellent and responds to any problem extremely quickly and thoroughly. My only suggestions are to get good curtains if your apartment faces Pharr Rd since the Spanx headquarters leaves their lights on at night, and to park on the first floor and avoid other people driving😂

Great customer service. I always enjoy my visits at the leasing office. The entire staff are kind and always goes above and beyond to assist .

Honestly - this is a great convenient place to live and kept very clean and staff very accommodating but if you are sensitive to noise- this is your warning. Do not lease here. You can hear every. single. footstep and not lightly- it will be magnified bc of how high the ceilings are. If you are unlucky enough to get an upstairs neighbor that is even moderately over being light footed you will be miserable. The reviews about cabinets and light fixtures shaking from average walking is not an exaggeration. And lately the complex has been looking very fraternity/sorority filled and if you are under one of these folks the have the whole frat in their apt every weekend it will sound like a football team above you for hours. My dog sometimes runs and hides when my neighbor has her friends over. But what has worked for a lot of residents is having a convo with their upstairs neighbor. I’m lucky enough to live under a very understanding neighbor. If you get someone who could care less - again- you’re in for it. That’s literally the only downside here. Leasing office will tell you to ‘record it’ if you ask for their help. lol You’ve been warned.
