First off I would like to say how AMAZING Charlotte and Antoinette are! These ladies have made my moving experience and living experience so effortless. They are always willing to help and go above and beyond. Ive never called that office and reached a voicemail . Someone is always available to help with anything you need. As for the complex, very quiet, peaceful and safe! No issues! 10/10 would recommend

Charlotte Bell provided outstanding customer service and went above and beyond to help me secure my apartment home at Ella Apartments. She patiently answered all of my questions, addressed my concerns, and made the entire application process easy and stress-free. As a senior citizen, I especially appreciated the respect, kindness, and professionalism she showed me. Rather than simply directing me to a website, Charlotte took the time to assist me personally, advocate on my behalf, and ensure everything moved along smoothly. I highly recommend Ella Apartments and encourage anyone looking for a new home to ask for Charlotte—she is truly exceptional!
