This community offers a fantastic location near the Beltline, with many residents appreciating the newly renovated apartments and common areas, as well as the attentive maintenance and cleaning staff. However, the day-to-day living experience can be challenging due to frequent fire alarms, ongoing construction noise, and recurring issues with pests. Communication with the leasing office can also be difficult, and guests are charged for parking, which has been a point of frustration for many.

It takes a great team to make it’s residents feel wonderful to be living at a property. From the maintenance crew to the office team, they always put their resident’s needs first. AMAZING team!

I have been in the Atlanta area for about 10 years and this is by far the worst apartment complex I have ever lived in. I have been here for less than 3 weeks, and already my experience has been terrible. The first red flag was when I was trying to move in and got an email 15 minutes before my move-in time about the floor needing to be fixed, which would delay my move-in process. If that wasn't enough, the apartment was still dirty! I had to ask someone to come and clean. Since moving in, I have literally had to come back to report a concern every single day. The refrigerator has a lingering smell of old meat; there is 0 free guest parking; and the key fobs to the gate do not work! The gate itself is constantly not working either. Not to mention, the apartments smell like smoke due to other residents smoking inside the building, which management will not do anything about. Lastly, as you can see with the other reviews, the leasing office is very unprofessional. Every concern is met with an attitude and incompetence. Within the first week here, I was already scanning my lease to figure out how I could break it. If you are considering moving here, DO NOT—I REPEAT—DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. They try to pull you in with rent specials and pictures of the newly renovated leasing area (which the rest of the building does not match) but I promise you it is not what it seems. RUN FAR AWAY! EDIT: As you can see, the only positive reviews are from TOURS. Any reviews from current residents (including myself) are not positive. Do not be fooled!

I am extremely disappointed with the way I was treated by this apartment community and, in particular, by the leasing manager. I was locked outside of my apartment with no phone and was unable to contact management, maintenance, or 911. I was also concerned that I had accidentally left a flat iron plugged in inside my home, so I made the decision to pull the fire alarm because I genuinely believed there could be a potential fire hazard. I did not pull the alarm to intentionally disturb or inconvenience anyone, yet I am now being charged $500 for doing so. Just because they have faulty alarms that disturbs us 24/7 does not mean you make a resident at fault when they have a real emergency!!! What was even more upsetting was the manager wakeelah’s complete lack of compassion and professionalism. Instead of acknowledging the circumstances or showing any understanding, she was extremely rude and complained about being woken up from her sleep, while also stating that the situation was “not a real emergency.” That response was incredibly dismissive and insensitive. It is also important for prospective residents to know that this community does not provide lockout assistance. If you are ever locked outside of your apartment, you are expected to pay for a locksmith yourself. In my opinion, residents should have a reasonable emergency option when they are locked out, especially when they have no phone and are concerned about a potential safety hazard inside their home. I understand that pulling a fire alarm can inconvenience residents, but the circumstances matter, and I believe the $500 charge and the way this situation was handled were completely unreasonable. The lack of empathy, professionalism, and concern shown by management was extremely disappointing and has seriously affected my experience living here. I have lived many places and cortland by far has the most rudest staff except for maintenance. The ladies in office gives high school mean girls

I had the pleasure of touring Cortland Armour Yards this week. The apartments give you that WOW factor. I am definitely excited of calling Cortland home. The leasing agent was so nice and personable.
