City Park Apartments

The staff is polite and the complex is clean and quiet but have you your own handy man I put in 2 service requests and the complex has yet to send anyone to my unit to fix it and it’s been over 2 weeks in my master bath the tub takes forever to drain plus my toilet won’t flush and in the other bathroom the tub also takes a second for it to drain something is going on with my kitchen sink drain because when I’m rinsing dishes off the other side fills up and I have to use to garbage disposal until both sides are clear for it to go down they kind of tell you what you think you wanna hear and still do t fix it and I just moved In a month ago UPDATE: since this review the office has been trynna harass me they are the ones that called my phone for me to give them a good review exchange of $50 off my rent but i wasn’t about to get on here and lie the day i made this review they sent me a email trying to lie and say i was in lease violation for not paying renters insurance I then had the renters insurance company email a copy of my receipt that I did pay it I’ve always kept my trash can outside it’s never been overflown now since this review they are now leaving a letter on my door for lease violation of trash outside meanwhile they still haven’t sent anyone out to fix my toilet I had to buy draino to fix my tubs my next step is to have to call code enforcement just so I can get my toilet fixed attached is my Toilet, the letter left on my door and the Neighbour trash outside but I’m the only one getting harassed mine was only my trash can

I am a resident of city park for 4 years and I must say this new management team is the best,, they are nice and compassionate about our living conditions,, if u looking for a place to stay , come try us out ask for Brittany ,, she will get you in and approved,, you be glad u did,, and we have a great security team to keep us all safe,,

Living at City Park Apartments has been a meaningful part of my journey over the past two years. What I appreciate most is the peace and privacy. My apartment is tucked away in a quiet corner near the trees, and I genuinely enjoy being able to sit outside, listen to the birds, and enjoy the beauty of nature. It has become a place where I can slow down, reflect, and appreciate life’s simple moments. I also love the layout of my apartment, especially the walk-in closet and the fact that I don’t have neighbors above me. The community feels separate from the hustle and bustle of other apartment complexes, which creates a calm environment that I truly value. The management and staff have always been friendly and professional. During my time here, whenever an issue has come up, it has been addressed promptly, and I have always felt respected as a resident. Their willingness to communicate and work with residents has made a positive difference in my experience. What makes City Park Apartments especially meaningful to me is that they gave me an opportunity when I was rebuilding my life. After experiencing homelessness for three years, this was the first place that gave me a chance to have a home of my own. Because of that, this apartment community will always hold a special place in my heart. It became more than just an apartment. It became a foundation where I could begin creating stability, healing, and a new chapter for myself. No place is perfect, but overall, I am grateful for my experience here and for the role City Park Apartments has played in my journey.
