Haley recently moved me into the apartments with excellent care and fast service!! I’ve met my 3 month marker here and I can say I will enjoy the rest of my lease. 😂😌

I am not a resident. I came in today for a tour, and the guy told me the person would be with me. Cool, I was early, no worries. I sit next to the guy's office, there is a dining table next to his office. So I sit there, 12:30 comes, waiting... 12:35 waiting...the guy is doing a whole bunch of NOTHING walking back and forth from his office (where he see's me and knows i'm waiting). He's chatting, he's walking he's sitting his office. 12:48, as he walks back towards his office, I ask him, "Are you the manager?" He confirms, I ask does he know what's happening with my tour? "Oh I called her she's on her way back." So i'm like, well it would have been nice for you to inform me of that seeing that I have been sitting here 15 minutes past my tour time. He nods and says I just called her she's on her way AGAIN. I then share, I understand things get behind, no worries, i get it, but as the manager, why would you not say something to me about calling the person or saying hey so sorry for the with, someone will be with you shortly...say something, Then when the tour guide comes, she is NEW, nice and all, but I had to pull information out of her regarding the community. If this is how they treat prospective residents, image how they treat actual residents. this is a pass for me. The manager is youngish guy, light complexion, office to the right when you walk in.

Excellent tour from start to finish. The guide was friendly and knowledgeable, and took the time to show all the amenities and unit options. The apartments looked modern and well-kept. Very positive experience.
