I love living here! It’s so convenient and the people from Managers to Maintenance are the best! Manager Tony Velez is so knowledgeable and friendly, as well as a great “can do” attitude. He takes his job seriously and makes sure everything is in order. Tony’s professionalism is exceptional This property is clean and conveniently located also , My church is within walking distance and shopping.

Tony Velez goes above and beyond as manager Buckhead Townhomes and Gardens. I found him to be efficient and organized and was amazed at how gracious and helpful he was in with my move in, as he continues to be everyday. I am very grateful and happy tenant!

This is a very reasonably-priced apartment community in Garden Hills near Buckhead Village. The location is excellent and there are only 25 units. It is very quiet with very little traffic. Also, the maintenance is far better than my last apartment on Garson that I paid twice as much for and had a lot of crime. They addressed the roach problem immediately and I haven't seen any for awhile.

Finding an apartment is already stressful enough but Tony made it so much easier. He hooked me up with a good deal and a beautiful apartment. Trust me he will take good care of you.
