I have lived in multiple apartments and am yet to experience such amazing staff. Austen especially was extremely helpful and went above and beyond, even helping me jump my car when the battery died! I highly highly recommend living at Bexley Powers Ferry. The location is amazing and the staff makes it feel like home. 11/10 experience.

From Day 1 the care from the front of house staff has been amazing. The Building is very well kept, nice neighborhood and area. The rooms are gorgeous. Very close to major highways. So far I love it here.

This is honestly the best place I’ve ever lived in my entire life! ❤️ I absolutely love living here. When I first came to visit, I noticed the air smelled amazing! Come experience it for yourself—you’ll love it! My neighbors are wonderful, and the people who work here are always so kind, helpful, and quick to take care of any little issues that come up. There’s also so much to love about the community! You can easily walk to R&C, grab a drink, have something to eat, and enjoy a fun night out. The monthly events at the complex are always so much fun too—they really make the community feel like home! I highly recommend this place to everyone. I truly love living here and couldn’t be happier with my experience! 🥰🏡✨

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I absolutely loved my tour! Austin in the leasing office was incredible—friendly, knowledgeable, and made the whole experience enjoyable. The community is beautiful, and the location is perfect for young professionals. If you’re looking for a one-bedroom under $1,900, I definitely recommend checking this property out. And the complimentary snacks were such a thoughtful touch! 🫶 Thanks again, Austin, for a great experience!
