This community generally offers a positive living experience, with many residents appreciating the helpful staff, quick maintenance responses, and convenient location near grocery stores, doctors, and major interstates, all at a good value for the area. However, some residents have experienced challenges with thin walls, occasional pest issues, and inconsistent communication from the leasing office, especially during the application process or when dealing with significant maintenance concerns.

Great property and management. I've lived here since 2020 and I love it here. Had some personal problem the manager Kayla was very helpful and supportive. I would highly recommend moving here you would love it also.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Avonlea Westside Townhomes and with the lack of consideration shown toward residents dealing with serious maintenance issues. For nearly two months, I was unable to fully enjoy my apartment because of ongoing air-conditioning problems that left large portions of my home unbearably hot during the summer. There were days when I came home from work to temperatures as high as 92 degrees inside my apartment, forcing me to limit myself to the front area of my home and, at times, leave altogether because the conditions were simply too uncomfortable. What makes this even more frustrating is that, despite multiple maintenance requests and several unsuccessful repair attempts, the response from management was minimal. After months of discomfort and inconvenience, I was informed that rent concessions were against company policy. The only compensation offered was a small amount in gift cards, which does not come close to reflecting the impact that these living conditions had on my daily life. The fact that months of discomfort, limited use of my apartment, and displacement were met with such a small reimbursement sends the message that resident concerns and quality of life are not a priority. It is difficult not to feel as though management had little interest in truly making the situation right. I understand that maintenance issues can happen, but what matters most is how management responds when residents are paying full rent for a home they cannot fully enjoy. I hope future residents never have to experience what I did, and I sincerely hope the property reevaluates how it handles situations like this moving forward.
