Avana Uptown Apartments

I've had a great experience living here. The apartment is clean, spacious, and well-maintained, and any maintenance requests are handled quickly and professionally. The management team is friendly, responsive, and genuinely cares about the residents. The community is quiet, safe, and conveniently located near shopping, restaurants, and other essentials. I also appreciate the well-kept grounds and amenities, which make living here even more enjoyable. Overall, this is a great place to call home. I would definitely recommend these apartments to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-managed, and welcoming community.

UPDATE 2026: THIS PLACE IS A SCAM BEWARE! i moved out 2025 and they have LIED about charges owed and even put it on my credit. when i asked for proof, they sent it to me. i SHOWED BANK STATEMENTS AND RENT LEDGERS to show everything was paid and no help. no removal. they want to milk you for every penny. when you leave and take off those rose colored glasses, you realize how trash this place was. no amenities, things always broken, leasing office is a JOKE. and i promise im not saying this because they have put something on my credit, im being so serious, the only reason i gave it a 5 star review is because they told me (when i was a resident) that if i gave 5 stars i got a gift card. completely forgot i wrote this lie of a review until google sent an email saying my review is helping. let me help you. RUN. do not rent with Avana or Greystar. i’m going to file a lawsuit, so if you lived here and want to join it, please find me on facebook! I love this place! I lived at Avana Uptown for 5 years and they’re always really willing to help you!! I can be very stricttttt and they keep up! I have to really commend the office staff though - Ruben, Jermaine, Juavon & the whole maintenance team?? 5 stars. They’ve helped me with so much ESPECIALLY when I have important things come to the house that UPS/FedEx just leaves anywhere around, they make it too priority to put a stop To it. You complain about anything they do their best to fix it. They’re doing more community events which I love because when you live at a complex you want to feel like you’re in an actual neighborhood, right? The location is sooooo close to everything it’s hard to not love it idk lol

this place is garbage overpriced and not well kept, dirty, bugs, rats in the parking garage and not timely with repairs. dont come here.

I live here, and honestly, the maintenance staff is great—they’re always kind and friendly. Unfortunately, I can’t say the same about the environment created by some of the residents and the lack of enforcement. There have already been two pool parties that went on after the pool was supposed to be closed. According to the emails the office sends out, the pool closes at 6 p.m., yet people continue partying, drinking, and smoking by the pool. There are also random people constantly coming in and out of the apartment complex, and it’s hard to tell who actually lives here. The worst experience happened while I was walking my dog, this happened when the pool party was going on at 8:00 pm. I was taking the elevator to my apartment on the top floor when the doors opened to a crowded elevator. A random man looked at my dog and threatened to kill him. I have no idea if he even lives here, and no resident should ever have to experience something like that. This place has potential, but the lack of security and rule enforcement makes it feel unsafe. Residents shouldn’t have to worry about strangers wandering the property or having their pets threatened. If management doesn’t start taking these issues seriously, nothing is going to change.
