I never write google reviews - but this place truly goes above and beyond, if you’re looking for a gated community. In fact, the gate was so eager to welcome me that it spontaneously physically introduced itself directly (in)to my car’s paintwork - which seems to be a traditional routine at this property. However, the property management will not stop at such lovely gestures to cheer up your day. They will also surprise you with their creative ideas, such as asking you to find someone else to cover the damage caused by their malfunctioning gate. A refreshing twist on personal responsibility that I hadn’t encountered literally anywhere else before. You like adventures, enjoy your possessions developing “character” and appreciate exchanges with a property management as fruitful as conversations at a silent retreat? Look no further, you found your new home! Otherwise, you may want to rank this place as slightly better than being homeless.

I recently moved to Atlanta from Houston and have been searching for an apartment, with Avana Cheshire Bridge at the top of my list. Unfortunately, my experience visiting the property was so disappointing that I left without even completing the tour or speaking with the leasing staff again. When my locator and I arrived at Cheshire Bridge, no one greeted us. I understand that leasing offices can be busy, so initially, I gave the staff the benefit of the doubt and didn't think much of it. However, when I eventually located the leasing staff and said hello, no one even bothered to look up or acknowledge us. Teriah eventually addressed us, but her response was a curt, "What do you need?" There was no greeting, no welcome, and no indication that we were prospective residents who had taken the time to visit the property. I explained that I was interested in a one-bedroom apartment, and from that point forward, the entire interaction felt as though my presence was an inconvenience. Again, I tried to give her the benefit of the doubt. We left the office to view the apartment, and she proceeded to say virtually nothing. The entire walk to the apartment, the tour itself, and most of the walk back to the leasing office were conducted in complete silence. There was no effort to highlight the property's amenities, explain the community, discuss the benefits of living there, or provide any information that might help me determine whether Avana Cheshire Bridge was the right place for me. When I asked a question, I received a minimal response. When I politely asked her to speak louder because I genuinely could not hear her, her demeanor became even more irritated. At one point, I asked whether there was anything else about the property that I should know as a prospective resident. Rather than taking the opportunity to provide information or answer my question, she sighed deeply, rolled her eyes, and continued to give me the bare minimum. At that point, I was so uncomfortable and put off by the interaction that I did not even make it back into the leasing office. I simply got into my car and left. I completely understand that working with the public can be exhausting. I have worked in customer-facing roles for many years, so I understand that not every day is going to be easy. However, there is a significant difference between having a difficult day and treating someone with an unnecessarily dismissive, hostile, and disrespectful attitude—particularly when that person has done absolutely nothing to warrant it. As a prospective resident, I should have been greeted with basic courtesy and professionalism. Instead, I left feeling as though my questions, my time, and my interest in the property were an inconvenience. Leasing staff are often a prospective resident's first impression of a community, and unfortunately, this interaction gave me no reason to want to make Avana Cheshire Bridge my home. I hope management takes this experience seriously and evaluates the level of customer service Teriah is provided to prospective residents. A property can have beautiful apartments and desirable amenities, but none of that matters if the people responsible for welcoming prospective residents make them feel unwelcome from the moment they walk through the door.

For an apartment complex to be renting apartments to people I dont understand why NO ONE will answer the phone and send information late or not at all . I literally would call 6,7 times back to back and sometimes time in between and leave voicemails for NOTHING to come back . Do you not want residents ?? Money?? Commission ?? No ... because thats what it seems to be. PLEASE FIRE AND HIRE ACTUAL REAL WORKERS . It's ridiculous how many times you have to call to get a response . I have to pull up to the actual site to see 2 people at there desk and the manager in her office. I was going to move there but why continue with an headache I dont actually have to deal with truly . Taking my business and sanity to somewhere else . DO NOT RENT HERE PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF !!! Sad . DO BETTER . DO THE JOB THAT PAYS YOU. If I could give 0 I would .

My car was booted because it was sticking out about half a meter. This apartment management only cares about making money; they don’t have any other concern. Please be careful when moving here.
