This property offers a vibrant city living experience with a strong sense of community, thanks to its exceptional staff who consistently go above and beyond to organize engaging events and ensure prompt, professional maintenance. While the location is ideal for downtown access and the amenities are well-loved, some residents have noted occasional issues with elevator functionality, parking fees, and a sometimes-clogged trash chute.

It’s been a great experience so far with Ascent Peachtree! From touring to moving in, the team has been great. The building is exciting, and I can’t wait to attend one of the events I’ve heard so much about. Overall, look forward to my time here.

Felix is awesome! He went above and beyond when I was looking for my new home here in Atlanta. He treats me with courtesy and like family. It is so nice to feel so welcome. In addition, he cares and is very helpful in finding solutions to issues raised. Great experience.

AVOID ASCENT PEACHTREE — A NIGHTMARE OF DOCUMENTED MISMANAGEMENT Our organization took possession of a corporate residential unit at Ascent Peachtree on December 26, 2025. 8 months later, the experience reflects unresolved maintenance, multiple unresolved billing errors in excess of $1000+, broken infrastructure, parking failures, unanswered emails, and management obstruction. MOVE-IN: We documented 50+ deficiencies involving sanitation, appliances, paint, mechanical conditions, and functionality. Ascent never provided us a move-in inspection checklist at possession, so we had to create our own report. Management later acknowledged the inspection link had not been provided. NEARLY EIGHT MONTHS LATER: 8+ of 50 original move-in maintenance issues remain unresolved, plus we don’t have the advertised thermostat. We were told the prior resident connected to the thermostat and there was nothing management could do so we could have access. For example, the manager refused to replace dirty toilet seats because she said she inspected them (after we cleaned). There’s nothing “luxury” about our experience here as they advertise. The items that were supposed to be completed four months later in April as shown in the attachment in correspondence with the manager, have still not been done. We discovered a roach inside the unit while being charged a recurring pest-control fee. Elevators are repeatedly out of service, and access doors serving resident parking have remained broken and un-repaired for weeks. Management acknowledged in writing that one of our parking accesses was deactivated in error while we were still being charged for it. Instead of correcting its mistake, Senior Community Manager Ashieley Jervis has allowed the matter to become a prolonged dispute involving changing explanations, different procedures and pricing, unanswered communications, and financial loss. In August alone so, we have incurred approximately $135+ in additional out-of-pocket parking charges because the access problem remains unresolved. Jervis now claims a “new form” is required, yet has failed to provide it or respond to multiple emails requesting it & pointing her to the form they already have. Management acknowledges the error, receives repeated notice and documentation of the continuing charges—and still does not fix the problem. The written record also shows repeatedly changing parking “policies” and “procedures.” We were told an action could not happen because of policy. It happened anyway. Management admitted it happened in error. Then different procedures, requirements, and pricing appeared when we demanded correction. As of this review, multiple communications remain unanswered; the parking problem remains unresolved; expenses continue accumulating; and Regional Property Manager Chaunetta Young has been unresponsive, unapologetic, and supportive of the documented poor performance & poor handling of the matter by her subordinates. Our experience with Ashieley Jervis has been dismissive, obstinate, inconsistent, and unnecessarily obstructive. Everything here has been a battle and we’re spending a premium to receive LESS than the minimum. Straightforward questions go unanswered. Regional management has done nothing meaningful to stop the pattern. The inconsistent application of rules and adversarial response to ordinary requests have created a serious concern about disparate treatment and why we appear to be handled differently. We escalated matters to Greystar’s Office of the CEO. No response. For context, Greystar recently resolved government enforcement matters involving rental fees, including a $24 million FTC/Colorado settlement & Arizona involving allegedly hidden or improperly charged fees, including parking-related charges. It has been a nightmare of mismanagement: unfinished repairs, pests, failing infrastructure, inaccurate charges, broken parking access, changing explanations, and ignored communications. UPDATE: the manager’s response is false. We sent a demand & they’ve failed to respond, still.

Had a great experience touring and moving into Ascent Peachtree. The entire process was smooth, and I have no complaints so far. The property is beautiful, and I’m very happy with my decision to move here.
