The Woods at Normaltown - Prince and Sunset

I wanted to live here for a few months before leaving a review, and I’m happy to say it’s been a great experience. The neighborhood is quiet and well-kept, and the office staff is always friendly and quick to answer any questions. Maintenance responds promptly whenever needed. I’m very happy with my decision to downsize and move closer to town. This community has been a wonderful place to call home, and I would definitely recommend it.

Ms. Jenilee is a breath of fresh air. She and her staff have been so helpful and supportive with moving me in around February. It’s a beautiful apartment complex. I love my backyard. Ms. Jenilee responds fast to maintenance requests. She keeps the property safe and clean. She has such a heart of gold. I would highly recommend moving here if you want a landlord who shows compassion and means business while also being gracious.

Jenilee is truly exceptional. She is consistently polite, professional, and attentive in every interaction. It’s clear that she genuinely cares about both her work and the residents she supports. My move-in experience was seamless, and that’s largely thanks to her dedication and attention to detail. I sincerely appreciate the effort she put into making the process smooth and welcoming.

Toured here today and it was a solid experience. Jenilee was really helpful and easy to talk to—didn’t feel pushy at all, which I appreciated. I’m relocating for work in the medical field, so being close to my job is a big deal, and this location definitely checks that box. Overall seems like a decent place. Still weighing options, but it’s on my list for sure.
