Kim Steinmetz is kind and welcoming. She always responds quickly and is polite and always has a smile. Organized and caring, she sets the example.

This management refuses to return my security deposit and won't tell me what the deductions would be. I've repeatedly asked for a list of the damages, and the woman told me she would send my refund, then said they made a mistake in the amount. My contract with them ended in December, and they still haven't given me a solution! So many irregularities!
