This student housing option generally offers a positive living experience with spacious, modern units and a variety of appealing amenities like a pool and gym. Many residents appreciate the responsive and friendly staff, who are often highlighted for their helpfulness and quick maintenance service. However, some students have reported issues with the move-in process, including units not being thoroughly cleaned or having pre-existing damages, and there are recurring concerns about unexpected fees and challenges with management responsiveness, particularly regarding move-out charges and unresolved disputes.

I have lived at Ikon Athens for about a year now and I have zero complaints. The unit I moved into was clean and renovated before I moved in. Throughout the year, the air conditioning, water, wifi, and everything has worked perfectly. The only time I have ever submitted a maintenance request has been to fix a light bulb and they came almost immediately. They have been using Geokey as a means of getting into our houses and through the gate and that has been super convenient for when I have people over because I can just let them in through my phone. There is plenty of parking for residents and nonresidents. The amenities (pool and gym) are very popular here. The staff is extremely friendly and promptly responsive. I have loved living at Ikon. I have lived at other complexes throughout Athens and this one is my absolute favorite.
