High Ridge Apartments

Been here since May 2026. I have been nothing but pleased at the professionalism of both the office staff/maintenance and speed of repairs. The beautiful landscaping and quiet community. I definitely recommend this community to anyone looking for their next place to live here in Athens on the westside.

Christa was absolutely amazing throughout my entire apartment process. When I honestly felt like all hope was lost, she stepped in and helped make everything happen smoothly and professionally. She stayed communicative, reassuring, and truly went above and beyond to help me secure my apartment. On move-in day, she made sure the unit was in great condition and handled everything with care and professionalism. You can genuinely tell she cares about the residents and takes pride in her work. 10/10 experience — thank you so much, Christa, for being so helpful, patient, and clutch during such a stressful process! The complex is very beautiful, calm and quiet with great amenities. I’m so glad to call high ridge home.

I currently live here been here since The end of November. The apartment size is nice the maintenance is prompt, but I’m not pleased at all with this unit it’s like they slapped it together so someone could move in there is an odor I’m currently waiting on results of mold test I had done in this unit, as well as condensation in the unit it seems like it’s damp in here I keep air purifiers in all the rooms

We have lived here for almost 6 years. In the last year, the property came under new ownership. The new owners immediately forced a trash valet on us that costs us $25 each month on top of what we already pay for trash. They also almost doubled all the pet fees from $20 to $35 per month, per pet. We are now being forced to move from the apartment we live in because the plumbing between the master bathroom and hall bathroom is damaged and has roots growing in it. They have refused to put us up in a hotel while the plumbing is being repaired. The options they have given us is to move ourselves into a new apartment on the property with no help and no reimbursement for movers (we are both disabled) or move out of the complex completely. They have no concern ir sympathy for the cost or inconvenience that either of those options will cause us. Nor can they give us any guarantee that if we do move into a different apartment in the complex that they won't force us to move again at our own expense if they deem it necessary.

High Ridge Apartments is a very nice place to live. The staff are professional and friendly, and the maintenance team responds quickly whenever there is an issue. I’ve had a great experience here.
