Cross Creek Apartments

Best place to live in Athens! Great management and facilities for an unbelievable price! I have lived at 5 other complexes in my time here and this has been the best by a long shot. I would recommend to anyone.

I lived here for 2 years and it was fantastic. It is very affordable and in a great area. There aren't any crazy fancy amenities or anything, but it the areas are always well kept, clean, and not noisy. I would highly recommend people to try to live here or one of Green properties' other locations because their team is very kind and quick about any inquiry/issue. There are bus routes/stops that are within a short walking distance from the apartments, there is plenty of parking, and a pool. The other residents are quiet and keep to themselves and I never had an issue with noise there. There is also free wifi which is actually really great. The included appliances work great and any problems I had while living here, the maintenance and office team took care of really promptly and without fuss. Would highly recommend to anyone - Thanks Green team for a great couple of years!

The staff are responsive when you contact them. Maintenance issues were resolved according to the promised deadlines. Jeff the property manager is a very down to earth, kind, and honest man. My move-out process was great, and they did not charge me any ridiculous fines or fees.

If I could go back and do college over again, I would choose to live here every single time. Jeff's property was always clean, so quick and kind with maintenance, and you can tell he truly values his tenants. I was so fortunate to spend three years living here and it was the best time ever. If you're looking for an apartment to stay in, this is one of the best options in Athens. Jeff - thanks for everything!
