Shoreham Apartments

What can I say other than Amazing regarding my experience with Ms. Connie! We were looking for an apartment for my son in Albany and Ms. Connie and Shoreham Apartments came recommended! We are 3.5 hours away and we needed an apartment quickly…Ms. Connie took her time with us letting us know what was available and even took us on a virtual tour! SHE is the true selling point! The grounds were immaculate and my son moved in without a problem! I felt comfortable and happy leaving after move in! Thank you Ms. Connie for taking care of us and all of your hard work at making Shoreham a home for my son!

First, I want to say that I’m relatively new to Albany, but from the moment I spoke with the property manager, Connie, she made me feel welcome and at home. She and her well-equipped maintenance team worked quickly to help me and my two kids move in on short notice, and I’m truly grateful for that. You can tell that Connie genuinely cares about this community and about keeping it safe and well taken care of. Since moving here, any concerns I’ve had have been handled promptly and with care. If you’re on the fence about moving here, don’t be. I feel blessed to call Shoreham Apartments my home.

Let me tell you, I visited a friend there recently, she stayed at Shoreham apartments. Now I don't live there( in Albany), but if I did this is the apartment to go to. Seriously Mrs. Connie is wonderful!!! The maintenance guy. I think his name is Bill. Let's just say we need him in Macon!!!! They got so many activities going on over there. Movie night, dye t-shirt parties. If I move to Albany, I know the apartment complex I am going to go too. Shoreham apartment. Tim

I have been living at shoreham apartments for 4 months now and I must say I love it. Mrs. Connie is the best landlord she makes sure you have what you need she answers and responds immediately. I can absolutely say she cares about all of her tenants. I remember on valentines day she went out of her way and gave all of her tenants brownies if you are looking for a place to stay please give Connie a call you will not be disappointed it's really quiet and nice everyone stays to their self's. Connie you are absolutely amazing and I wish their were more landlords like you thank you for everything you do

I have lived at Shoreham a couple months now, and I love it here! The New Management, Ms Connie, has cleaned it up a lot and she is still making changes. The grounds are kept nice looking and everyone I’ve met has been nice. I love the view I have of Lake Loretta, the sunset over it is beautiful! The apartments are spacious, and have been upgraded. If you’re Apt searching come take a look and see for yourself!
