The Brookstone Apartments Acworth

I moved here from out of state and wasn't able to tour the property before signing my lease, so I had what felt like 10,000 questions. Everyone in the office was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful throughout the entire process. They made what could have been a very stressful move so much easier. One thing I really appreciate is that their level of service didn't change after I signed my lease. At a lot of apartment complexes, management is very attentive until the paperwork is done, and then it's hard to get anyone to help you. That has not been my experience here at all. The office staff has continued to be responsive, friendly, and genuinely caring. The property is always clean, well-maintained, and organized, and it's clear they take pride in keeping the community looking nice. I have had such a great experience living here. If you're considering moving to The Brookstone Apartments, I highly recommend them!

Tony is an excellent maintenance supervisor he provides quick knowledgeable and professional service. He is genuinely passionate about his job and not scared to go the extra mile. He’s also patient understanding and accommodating.

Tony in maintenance at the complex is great! He always responds quickly, is friendly and professional, and gets the job done right the first time. Whenever I've had a maintenance issue, he's been prompt, efficient, and makes sure everything is working before he leaves. I really appreciate his hard work and excellent service. Thank you, Tony!

From the moment we walked in the door, the Leasing Consultant Jordan was very nice and professional, making the entire experience smooth and welcoming from start to finish. Alex the Assistant Property Manager was very hospitable and knowledgeable, taking the time to answer all questions thoroughly and ensuring I felt confident in my decision. Both of them demonstrated exceptional customer service and genuinely cared about helping me find the right fit. The property itself was well-maintained, clean, and had a very inviting atmosphere. I especially appreciated the attention to detail and the willingness of the staff to go above and beyond. Overall, this was a very positive experience, and I would highly recommend this community to anyone looking for a new place to call home.

Laura, Alex and Jordan are all amazing front staff! From the second we walked in we felt welcome and un-pressured. We also met Tony and he sounds like an amazing person. I look forward to having our short term stay there being an excellent one!
