Living here has been an absolute nightmare. We have been consistently harassed by our downstairs neighbor for normal, everyday living noise. This is an old building and we’re on the second floor — apparently that’s unacceptable, because walking from my bed to my bathroom triggers him to bang on his ceiling with a broom for 10–15 minutes straight. It escalated beyond noise complaints. There was an incident where my roommate was home with her 8-year-old brother, and at 1 PM the neighbor came upstairs, cussed her out, threatened her, and the police had to be called. We have extensive video evidence of the harassment. Despite all of this, Westmount management has done nothing to address the issue. Their only “solution” was offering to let us move units — for $500, with no compensation, even though we are the ones being harassed and have documented proof. This situation has made our home stressful and uncomfortable, and management’s complete lack of support speaks volumes. I could go on for hours about how poorly this has been handled. The only reason this isn’t zero stars is because the maintenance team is great — always kind, professional, and quick to respond. Unfortunately, that doesn’t make up for management’s failure to protect tenants.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an absolutely wonderful experience thanks to an amazing team — Craig, David, Gladness, Dora, Tiara, and Chriselle. Each of them was professional, friendly, and truly went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly. They were always responsive, patient, and willing to help with any questions or concerns I had. It’s rare to come across a group that works so well together and genuinely cares about the people they serve. I’m incredibly grateful for their support and highly recommend them to anyone looking for excellent service! 😊

I don’t usually write reviews—especially when I haven’t even decided yet— but I toured Westmount at Winter Park while considering a move to Florida, and Glennies made the experience exceptional. She was warm, welcoming, fun, and incredibly knowledgeable, taking the time to show us everything and answer all our questions. Even though we were looking for something larger than what was available, her outstanding customer service made us seriously consider this community anyway. Highly recommend touring with her!

I signed my lease when Greystar managed this property and never had issues. Unfortunately, since BH Living took over, the experience has gone downhill. In October, I began having water intrusion, moisture, and a strong odor in my studio unit. I submitted multiple maintenance requests and followed up repeatedly. For weeks, my apartment had loud dehumidifiers and fans running nonstop, yet the moisture kept returning—and management still expected me to stay in the unit as if nothing had happened. I was unable to sleep, work from home, or live in the apartment safely, and eventually had to leave temporarily for my health as the unit began to smell like mold. Despite this, management insisted the unit was “habitable on paper,” even though it clearly wasn’t livable. I reached out multiple times to both the property manager and the regional manager requesting help or alternatives other than paying a $500 transfer fee (which was never mentioned in my lease), and my messages were ignored for days at a time. After nearly a month, the issue was finally resolved, but only after a long, stressful process with very little support or communication. No one should have to struggle this much to get basic habitability issues addressed. UPDATE TO COMMUNITY MANAGER RESPONSE: I would like to clarify a few important points. The drying equipment was not placed temporarily for a short period — it remained in my studio unit for nearly a month, running day and night, you could even hear the machines running as soon as you enter the building where my apartment is located. During that time, moisture continued to reappear, they even started that they didn’t know where the water was coming from and had to “investigate” for 2 weeks (?). The space was significantly disrupted, as a studio apartment, the equipment occupied a large portion of the living area, making it extremely difficult to sleep, work from home, or live normally. While the unit may have been deemed “habitable on paper,” there was CERO CONSIDERATION given to the actual quality of life during this process. I asked for the community policy so I can see where the transfer fee was listed, never saw it, it is not on the lease or their website. I repeatedly communicated that I could not reasonably live, work, or study under those conditions, yet no meaningful accommodation or resolution was offered in a timely manner. This review reflects my lived experience throughout that month-long process, not the final condition after repairs were completed. Can’t wait for my lease to be over so I don’t have to deal with this complex anymore :)

Stay away!!! Could not recommend people stay away enough There are some small things that make this place terrible, like the constant construction and paper thin windows with neighbors waking you up at 5 AM. But the worst part has to be their maintenance. When I moved in it was clear the apartment wasnt given a once over, light in bathroom flickers and immediately goes out (possible fire hazard!), bath tub has a constant stream of water flowing out, microwave turns on and off constantly. I thought I could just submit a work order and have those things fixed. WRONG! I submitted the first work order 9 days ago. 9 DAYS! I went in person to the office yesterday and sent an email today. As of right now maintenace still hasn't even told us why they couldn't stop by. Maintenance is terrible, anyone who says otherwise is clearly lying. Stay away!! Edit: After 10 days maintenance did fix the problems. The maintenance team was very professional and very helpful, I have no problems with the way they do things. I will still leave this review up because the facts are all still there, though I do think the maintenance team did well under their busy week (Thanksgiving, fire watch, short staffed)
