Vintage Winter Park Apartments

I lived here for 3-4 years, as my first apartment. I will start out by saying that the location of this apartment complex and the maintenance staff is excellent. When I first moved in Stephanie worked there and she was excellent, after she left it went downhill. Residents are the main issue here as they have no consideration for others, blasting music and in public spaces as well. Called the courtesy officer but it was an active cop so was never on time to calls, would come 3 hours after the call when people already turned off their music. People would also run into the gate and it worked 6 months out of the years I was there. For the office staff, they are kind of rude and inconsiderate. When i moved out i left the apartment better than moved in (had to put my own weather stripping because giant gaps under the doors, cracks in the walls) and i marked every dent, ding, and scratch in the move in checklist sheet. They then took away my whole security deposit because of said dings, dents, scratches. The only refunded PARTIAL of the $300 security deposit, so if you are a person who depends on it and your apartment is in bad shape, good luck. If you are going to move here, I will say it is better than a brand new apartment (i am living in one built in 2025) because materials are cheaper now, but make sure you mark everything on the check in list and take a picture for your own records, and if you can deal with people being loud or you get lucky and quiet neighbors, good for you.

Thayna is amazing. She is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I have been living here for almost a month and really enjoy living here. It’s a very safe place to live.

Beautiful community and amazing staff! Living at Vintage Winter Park has been such a great experience. The property is always clean, quiet, and beautifully maintained. The apartments are modern, spacious, and have a really cozy feel — perfect balance of comfort and style. The location is also ideal — close to shops, restaurants, and everything you need in Winter Park. The management team and maintenance staff are always friendly and responsive, which makes a huge difference. Any small issue I’ve had was handled quickly and professionally. I really appreciate how much care they put into the community and residents’ happiness. If you’re looking for a safe, comfortable, and welcoming place to call home, I highly recommend Vintage Winter Park!

I’ve lived here for two years and am now going into my third, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. The office staff is always friendly and professional, especially Thayna, who consistently goes above and beyond to help with anything I need. Maintenance requests are handled very quickly, and the team is always courteous and efficient. The property is clean and well maintained, the pool is beautiful, and the common areas are always in great condition. It truly feels like home!

I moved in with my husband at the beginning of the month. Since we first visited the complex with Leila, the service has been excellent. She was always attentive in answering our questions and showed a genuine interest in helping us move in. Upon our arrival, the level of attention remained the same; she was extremely kind and informative, following up on everything. On the other hand, Emiliano from the maintenance team has been outstanding. His assistance has been top-notch from the very first moment we met him. His kindness and friendliness stood out, even with my parents, who were also present on our moving day. Always willing and helpful, Emiliano stayed one step ahead of our questions and provided us with a brief summary of the most important information from the Welcome Packet to help us avoid fees due to lack of knowledge. Emiliano and Jesus have been incredibly helpful in meeting all my requests efficiently and quickly, always being honest and communicative. Without a doubt, we are very happy to have chosen Vintage as our new home. All the amenities and the team around us truly make us feel at home and well taken care of.
