It’s rare to put in a request for maintenance and to get sent help within 24hrs where I last came from! Richie just came and fixed my refrigerator AND my A/C in the SAME day. He’s always very sweet and respectful to the point I forgot he’s just maintenance and not a professional 😂 Summerlin honestly has the best staff overall

I wanted to take a moment to give a well-deserved shoutout to Brian. I had to move on very short notice, and he truly went above and beyond to make everything happen seamlessly. He was extremely professional, well-spoken, and attentive throughout the entire process. What could have been a very stressful situation was handled smoothly thanks to his support and guidance. He is a great asset to your office, and I sincerely appreciate all of his help. Thank you again, Brian — I truly appreciate you!

My fridge went down - filled out a maintenance report and Richie showed up and got to work immediately. He asked how I was doing all while still working- This guy was on point and professional! He answered my basic questions and talked me thru pin pointing the issue and put me at ease. He offered to help me move things out the fridge before he went out to get another fridge. Richie wanted to make sure to help me save as much food as possible. He all by himself returned and installed the fridge replacement with such attention to detail and fast. I asked if he was a supervisor he replied not yet and I said you should be a supervisor. Richie thanks and great service!!!

I am very upset about my current situation and the lack of support I have received from the apartment management. I am one of the tenants listed on the lease, but the main leaseholder recently lost their job and stopped paying their portion of the rent. They also misrepresented their living habits and responsibilities when we moved in. When I confronted them about cleaning up and paying the utilities and rent they owed me, the situation escalated, and they abruptly moved out—cutting off all communication with the rest of us. There was also a roommate situation where we found a roommate that pays the bills but because “they are not getting along” wants to kick them out even though they made payments for rent and utilities. This roommate also expressed the main lease holders lack of hygiene, cleanliness, animal neglect. Now, even though I have my portion of the rent ready to pay, I am unable to do so because the main leaseholder controls the account. I asked management if I could pay the lease-break fee and terminate my portion of the contract, but I was told I cannot since I’m not the primary leaseholder. Despite my attempts to resolve the issue and take financial responsibility, management’s only response was that I’m “in a pickle” and to keep trying to reach my former roommate. I feel completely stuck and powerless. I have the financial means to cover my share of the rent or even to buy out the lease, but because I’m not the main leaseholder, I’m left with no options. What’s more disappointing is that, instead of helping me explore possible solutions, management used this as an opportunity to lecture me about why I shouldn’t sign a lease with just anyone. I understand that, but right now, what I need is support and a path forward to resolve this issue—whether that means paying the necessary fees or ending the lease properly.

Gorgeous community. Has a maintenance crew. Has corn hole and a billiards! Brian is the best leasing agent you could ask for. Very knowledgeable and very chill c: Does a rare thing where they don’t tack on fees on top of the base rent. The base rent includes everything!
