Solis at Winter Park Apartments

I have lived here maybe 8 months now and have never had an issue. Today my AC was not cooling. Thankfully Jorge from maintenance came right away on a Saturday and fixed it flawlessly. Very helpful and informative. Thank you Jorge!

We had a wonderful tour of the apartments with Delia. She is so incredibly friendly and kind. She answered all of our questions honestly and accurately. I would live there just to see her everyday. The apartments were okay. They appeared clean and well maintained. They are older buildings, only 2 floors. The fitness center is absolutely amazing. We don't live there and did not choose this as our next home, but we had a wonderful tour.

Nothing like 30 year appliances. Microwave leaves vegetables frozen after 6 minutes. The dryer has to run 80 MINS to dry DELICATES. Yall,this racks up the cost on peoples electrical bills.The stove has just stayed on before,had to have that replaced. THE APARTMENT NEXT TO MINE CAUGHT FIRE AND NO ONE CALLED TO LET US KNOW ,OR IF WE WERE OKAY?! ( THE WEEK WE MOVED IN) MY HOUSE WAS FILLED WITH SMOKE AND I HAVE ANINALS,everything had sute on it.No one does anything about the other residents who dont pick up their dog poop,just a simple little email. The only thing somewhat decently maintained is the pool and the gym . They had another resident living here with a huge jole in her ceiling after a hurricane. The girl moved out months later and the hole was still there. Understaffed. Appliances are a crap,neighbors are dirty, they leave their trash were ever they want. Did the front office people get trained yet to look up and greet any one who walks in? Call me if you would like to follow up.

Me and my roommate wanted to make sure we were moved in for a month or 2 before we wrote a review just so we can give the full experience. One I want to say is Delia helped us a lot during our application for the apartment and was amazing when it came to touring the apartment complex despite us being a walk-in. Her and the staff are really nice and amazing. We moved in towards the end of June and it was very easy and they even gave us a free box of pizza which we loved. The complex was clean when we walked in and fixed up nice. We got the renovated apartments and it looks amazing. Us personally we haven’t experienced any pest issues but we also have taken precautions since we do live in Florida. But for the most part no pest issues here. We needed maintenance one time due to the garbage disposal not working and they came the same day and fixed our problem immediately. For the most part our experience is going good and we are loving it so far.

Living here has been a nightmare. The complex is filthy and mismanaged — rodents in the halls, trash left out for days, and marijuana odor constantly leaking into my unit. I’ve filed multiple complaints and nothing has been resolved. The amenities are a joke: the hot tub’s broken, the pool is dirty, there are three lounge chairs for 500+ residents, and dangerous issues like sunken bricks, deteriorating benches and dead trees are completely ignored. Dog waste is EVERYWHERE. Razor blades, drug paraphernalia, alcohol bottles and bullet casings have all been found in the parking lot. The internet — which we’re forced to use — is constantly down. I work from home and have had to use my mobile hotspot for months because they won’t fix it. Management is unresponsive. I’ve followed up multiple times, even escalated to corporate (ZRS), and still no action. If you value your health, safety, or sanity — stay far away from this place.
