Absolutely revolting, roach-infested dump run by dishonest, predatory staff. I leased an apartment and the moment I picked up the keys, I was greeted by multiple roaches crawling around. I notified management within hours that I would not be moving in under any circumstances. Despite never living there for a single day, I was still forced to pay that month’s rent plus two additional months to break the lease—nearly $10,000—for their failure to maintain basic pest control. I had to put all my belongings into storage and scramble to find housing while paying for an apartment I literally could not live in. To make matters worse, staff actually had the nerve to tell me that moving into a roach-infested apartment is “normal” and “within reason.” That alone tells you everything you need to know about how this place is run. Do not move here unless you enjoy paying luxury prices to live in filth and be treated like you’re the problem.

Absolutely disgusting roach infested building and malicious, predatory staff. Mind you I did not actively live there for a single day and had to move all my belongings in storage while I had no place to live. Staff had the audacity to tell me that moving into a roach infested apartment is within reason and normal. Please for love of god do not move here unless you want to pay a premium to live in filth. My fiancée and I lived in this building for almost a year. Unfortunately, our experience with management was extremely poor. From day one, we were given an apartment with scratched walls, peeling kitchen cabinets, and an unpleasant odor. When we raised these issues, management treated us as if our expectations were unreasonable. It took a very firm refusal on our part to move in before they finally addressed the problems — which took half a day, while we were already in the middle of moving. We were even told, “What did you expect, everything to be brand new?” No, we did not expect brand new. However, for $2,600 per month, we did expect freshly painted walls and kitchen cabinets that are not peeling. Additionally, from the first day of our tenancy, we requested — more than 10 times — that management fix a malfunctioning window and a blocked dryer vent. These issues were never properly addressed. It’s a real shame, because the building is in a great location and has a lot of potential. We originally planned to stay there for two to three years, but ended up leaving in less than a year solely because of the awful management. Thankfully, we were able to terminate the lease halfway through with the assistance of a lawyer. The only positive aspect of this building is the staff — the security and cleaning team are kind, professional, and truly the bright spot of the property.
