My A/C motor went out on me, I was thinking , this is gonna be a long process, but thanks to the leasing manager and staff, the part was ordered and installed in less than 2 days, I'm so very thankful for their immediate attention

My experience at St. Andrews has been wonderful. Both the Property Manager, Ms. Carman (I believe that is her name), and the Assistant Property Manager, Selena, have always ensured that my concerns were resolved. They are consistent in their operations, and I always feel that my voice and concerns are heard.

Today I visited a deplorable conditions apartment unit in 1068 N Benoist Farm at St. Andrews Apartment. The apartment has a AC UNIT THAT IS LEAKING WATER ALL OVER. The kitchen refrigerator does not work, stove does not work. All sinks have water backflows. Tubs water does not drain or goes down. The water damage from the AC alone caused all furniture to have mold. I honestly do not know where to start to help my friends, I took picture and will be contacting the state attorneys office, Department of Health and Code Enforcement authorities. It is a health risk. They are taking my friend's money every month and after several no response to work orders this is not a place for a living person to live. It is worst than trash. More to follow, I will make sure they get the care and justice they deserve. Next stop will be the news and all those pictures and videos will be broadcast on television for the world to see.

My experience with receiving my security deposit has been extremely difficult. I provided my 60-day written notice to Selena and moved out at the end of July. Before I began following up in October, she called to confirm my forwarding address for a certified letter but would not state whether it was related to my security deposit. Since then, I have sent multiple follow-up emails regarding my deposit (10/7, 10/10, 10/17, and 11/3) and have not received a response from the leasing office or management. I also attempted to call the corporate number listed publicly, but the voicemail was full and I could not leave a message. I was later contacted by a collection agency for an “early termination fee,” even though I provided proper written notice before moving out. The collection agency also stated they have been unable to reach management regarding the matter. I also want to note that if you filter reviews by “newest,” management responded to reviews posted before and after mine, but my review from three weeks ago has not been acknowledged. I recommend future renters be cautious and keep thorough documentation of all communications.

Ms.Selena McDougall O’Gilvie has excellent customer service skills. My father Tommie Lee Wilson is a resident here and she has been so helpful to our family by helping him. We live in a different county. Any time he needs her help she helps him with a smile. My father has resided here for over 10yrs and never have they had someone this good. If you need help she is the one to go to without a doubt. And we Thank you Selena so much and God bless you.
