I’m so glad I decided to see this location. From the beginning to end the tour was delightful. Cristina, Keri and staff have been amazing. Place looks amazing. Can’t wait to move in. Thank you Pine Ridge for making my move as smooth as can be.

I want to give a huge thank you to Jovan and Roberto for their incredible kindness and help. My car stopped right in front of the community gate, and I was unable to move it on my own. These two gentlemen immediately stepped in and helped push my car into a parking space so it wouldn’t block the entrance. I truly could not have done it without them. Their willingness to help and positive attitude made a stressful situation so much easier. They absolutely deserve recognition for going above and beyond thank you both so much!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great Experience at Pine Ridge Apartments! We absolutely love our new home at Pine Ridge Apartments. The community is beautiful and well maintained. Keri, the property manager, truly went above and beyond she’s patient, professional, and handles everything quickly. Roberto, the leasing agent, was also amazing super friendly, helpful, and made the whole process easy and stress-free. We’re so thankful for the excellent service and couldn’t be happier here. Thank you for everything!🙌💓🏡

Been a resident since the complex opened ... It is heartbreaking to see the community decline. There is dog feces and puddles of urine practically everywhere (including the elevators and hallways) without consequences for the owners. There are abandoned vehicles throughout the complex that should have been towed months ago. The trash chutes are filled with open food and trash inappropriately placed causing bug infestations. Honorable mention: there was glass found IN the pool making it unaccessible to the entire community. When I first moved here, people cared about where we lived but now it is the complete opposite. There are cameras all over the community...It is time that residents are held accountable for their inconsiderate actions! Then, the maintenance crew can finally catch a break and the long-term residents can regain the peace they once had. Please consider putting more action behind the rules and regulations detailed in the lease. It will make all the difference. Update: Despite the response from the complex , no changes have occurred. They put a “tow notice” on multiple cars but of course, these cars still remain weeks later, despite the lease stating cars would be towed within 48 hours of sticker placement. More importantly, animal urine and feces continue to found in the buildings, especially near elevators. My family has stepped in urine and feces too many times! This is beyond disgusting!!!!

Affordable brand-new apartments in West Palm Beach! I stopped in to tour a 2-bedroom apartment. I met with Keri and she provided an amazing tour. She was very detailed and explained all of the features of the apartment and community. I am definitely considering applying.
