Beautiful apartments, modern amenities and gorgeous building. However, no communication from leasing staff after touring the building. Emails are answered by AI and not a human. Using AI and not a human being to return emails is definitely not the way to do business if you are trying to rent a 2 Br/2Bath apartment for $6200. If they are inattentive at the beginning, imagine how attentive they will be after you move in. I ended up signing a lease at another nearby comparable complex for $500 less per month.

Thank you front office for always protecting your residents and following policy and procedure. Parkline is a great place to live and the staff will do everything they can to keep us safe, especially from abusive, dangerous individuals! Please report and wrong doing involving employees/residents and Parkline management will help the best way they can :)

I have lived here for a year and recently renewed my lease for another year because I love living here. The community is great, and the location is the best. It’s close to everything- coffee shops, shopping, gym, restaurants and Brightline train. One of the things that really stands out is the staff, especially Kelly at the front desk. She is always so friendly, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. Whether it’s answering questions, helping with packages, or simply greeting residents with a smile, she goes above and beyond to make everyone feel valued. The combination of a great community, excellent location, and outstanding staff makes this a place I’m happy to call home. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for an apartment! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Had a tour on Memorial Day and it was nice community where the residents looked happy (I regret not crashing their resident event). The staff was attentive and helped me find parking and lunch since I'm not local. Thanks Em for the tour. I look forward to moving in December!

Absolutely wonderful complex. Ariel at the front desk is amazing! I do not even have the words to describe how phenomenal Stacy and Em in the leasing office are; helpful and love building connections with their residents. Melissa the property manager has an AWESOME team, thank you all for making the move in process so amazing!
