Park West Apartments

Was new to Florida and lived here the past year. Fantastic place to grow and meet people as well as enjoy the best of West Palm Beach living. Would frequently walk along the intracoastal and across to Palm Beach Island after work, lots of fun monthly activities organized by the property managers to get to know everyone in the building, beautiful and modern apartment. Would recommend 👌

Great location near the water, good gym facilities and a nice pool area

I’ve had an overall positive experience living here, and there are definitely some standout features that make this apartment community enjoyable.The biggest pro is the location—being so close to downtown West Palm Beach is incredibly convenient, with plenty of restaurants, shopping, and entertainment just minutes away. The maintenance team deserves a lot of credit as well. Shoutout Carlos! They’re responsive, professional, and quick to resolve issues. The leasing office staff has also been great about communicating with residents, whether it's upcoming community events, maintenance updates, or any issues affecting the property. I also appreciate that the building requires a key fob for entry and exit, which adds an extra layer of security….That said, there are a few areas that could use improvement. The walls seem to have very little soundproofing, so it’s easy to hear neighbors, including arguments and other everyday noise like dogs barking or kids crying. While the community is pet-friendly, dog hair is often left throughout the hallways and common areas. The floor that I was on frequently smelled like marijuana, despite the property's no-smoking policy, which can be frustrating. Parking is another downside—the spaces are very narrow and feel cramped, if you have a large car it may be difficult to park.honestly I think they should buy the property in the front of the building and just make that another 1floor covered parking space for residents. This apartment complex markets itself as luxury, but I am surprised that the apartment units still rely on physical keys. It would be great to have smart locks with phone or app access for a more modern experience. Finally, while the gym has excellent equipment, it could benefit from a few more machines and significantly better ventilation. It often feels hot, dry, and lacks proper airflow, making workouts less comfortable. Overall, this is a solid place to live with an excellent location, a dependable maintenance team, and a communicative staff. If management addresses the noise, cleanliness of common areas, parking, and modernizes a few amenities, it would be an even better place to call home.
