Oversea at Flagler Banyan Square

Instantly felt like a place I would look forward to calling a new home. Mainly b/c of being greeted by our leasing professional, Liz Magnuson, who made a WORLD of difference. After browsing many other complexes this day, she not only answered all our (many) questions flawlessly, but her transparency & genuine kindness was everything. Simply: she knows her stuff, and made us already feel at home while doing it. My entire family felt so understood, and want to come back just to see Liz in the office;) Oversea not only is, but has the very best. So grateful!

DO NOT live here. Here's why. I really wanted to like this apartment complex because it has a great location and, at a first glance, looks very nice. Unfortunately, living here turned out to be pretty disappointing. One of the biggest issues is the lack of cleanliness. Trash is often left around the property, and dog droppings are everywhere, which not only leaves stains on walkways and common areas but also attracts bugs. It makes it hard to fully enjoy the space when basic upkeep feels neglected. On top of that, some of the staff were incredibly rude and unhelpful. Simple questions or concerns were met with attitude, which made dealing with issues even more frustrating. Upon move out, expect them to make up missing items so they can keep portion of your security deposit. Rents will climb drastically each renewal. Greystar has a history of being in major lawsuits for hidden fees and deceptive tactics. GOOGLE IT. The GM Sharlene was extremely disappointing.

Neysa at Oversea Apartments has been absolutely amazing throughout my move to Florida. From the very beginning, she was professional, responsive, and genuinely supportive every step of the way. Moving out of state can be stressful, but Neysa made the entire process smooth and reassuring. She took the time to answer all my questions, kept everything organized, and truly went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable and confident with my decision. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience—Neysa is an absolute asset to Oversea Apartments, and I’m so grateful for all her help!

I worked directly with Neysa at the front desk. She is truly one of the most kind and understanding people I have ever worked with. Goes out of her way to help with a smooth move in process. She is beyond helpful and very quick to respond, which is always appreciated in a move-in scenario where many questions come up. I applaud the Oversea apartments for finding a hidden gem in her. She is an extraordinary employee. It felt like my own mother was helping me move into my new apartment. She deserves a raise!!!
