Merry Place Apartments

The two women in the front office are consistently rude and disrespectful to my mother. She goes in simply to ask for information, yet they treat her poorly and speak to her with an attitude because she has difficulty understanding things. That is unacceptable. No one should be made to feel belittled for needing clarification. Staff are paid to assist residents, not demean them. If they cannot do their jobs with basic professionalism and patience, they should not be working in resident services. Go to McDonald’s if you want to speak to someone like that.
