Keiser Student Housing

Terrible school! Do not enroll your child here! Most of the kids who live on campus just party and do drugs/vape. Most of the classes kids usually chat GPT everything because instead of studying they were partying, and possibly making out with people. A lot of the teenagers just party and do dirty things here. Also a lot of the counselors try to sway you to stay by acting emotional and saying how they'll miss you. They do this because most of the money goes to the counselors. Do not go here, it's not worth it.

ZERO STARS!!!!!! You’re a DISGRACE We are at a football game as a visiting team and it is the most disrespectful, degrading experience. We are SEGREGATED from the “good seats” and not allowed to stand ( being enforced with heavy police presence). The visitor bleachers are in the end zone unable to see the whole field and are surrounded by a black cage like netting while the home team fans are allowed to sit in seating with a great view. I would say this is a gross display of racism (our team, and our fans are predominately African American. Our head coach is also African American and I am appalled at this kind of treatment . I believed that this kind of degradation and segregation no longer existed but Keiser University West Palm you might as well have gotten the water hoses and released the dogs. Bad form …. You should be ashamed!

The morning and afternoon security guards Derlby & Diaz that worked on the June 7, 2025 shift was VERY rude about opening the guard gate. My child was apart of a weekend over night camp and these two guards seemed like we were trespassing. I had no other issues with the others guards on Friday morning or afternoon accessing the property. Very unprofessional and distasteful from.these two.

Basketball Travel Ball Tournament for youth was awesome. They have vending machines and a concession stand, which was nice.

The campus is well hidden from the main road, which is so busy. I’m happy they’re building a new football stadium! Campus could definitely use a little upgrade, but good overall.
