I’ve been living at Indigo Apartment Condominium for about a year and a half now, and I feel like it’s time to say this publicly don’t underestimate this place... From day one, what really stood out to me wasn’t just the look of the apartments it was the people. Any maintenance request, any follow-up, any small issue… it’s handled quickly and professionally. There’s no chasing, no drama. You feel heard, and that matters. The quality and finish of the apartments are honestly superior to many places I’ve seen around WPB. Solid construction, clean design, well-maintained common areas it simply makes sense for the price point. You get real value here. A special mention to the property manager and her staff they are always on top of things. Organized, responsive, and respectful. That kind of leadership sets the tone for the whole community. If you’re considering Indigo, just go see it for yourself. You might be very pleasantly surprised.

I must say, I’m going to miss living here. 3 years of memories at this apartment! First apartment when my husband and I moved down to Florida. Met some great friends in the building, friendly, and fun environment. Great place to live if you’re new to the area and want to try something new. The only downside was the $5 parking fee for guests, however, other than that everything has been great the past 3 years. Amazing location, close to the airport, right off I-95, and overall close to everything. Thanks for the memories! It was time to move on.

Maintenance requests get handled quickly, and the staff is professional without being pushy. I also like that the community feels safe, and there’s always parking available when I come home. What stands out most is the convenience—close to shopping, restaurants, and major roads, but still tucked away enough to feel private. It’s been a great place to live, and I’m happy I chose Indigo.

It’s rare to find a team that consistently treats residents with so much care. My unit itself is beautiful—modern, clean, thoughtfully designed, and truly feels like home. The attention to detail in the finishes and layout is impressive, and everything was spotless when I arrived. You can tell the property takes pride in the experience they deliver. And I have to mention the maintenance staff—fast, professional, and so kind. Any small request is handled quickly and with a smile. Overall, Indigo has exceeded my expectations in every way. I’m so grateful to live here and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a high-quality, well-run place to call home.
