No experience needed you can tell by the drive-by this place is infested with mold. The stucco is falling off of the rotten wood that holds it up years of neglect cheap windows so you’re guaranteed to have a $400 plus power bill your kids and your family will definitely be sick all of the time ENT problems you’ll see Dr visits all the time this place is a mold box. I can tell just by the drive-by. I wouldn’t let my dogs live here, move in specials. They’re gonna make you sign an affidavit that they’re not responsible for mold. Stay away from this place just from a drive-by. I can tell you’re guaranteed one thing you’re gonna be sick.

Moved here from Boston for two years already I love it it’s a small complex the Neighbors are very friendly and nice and had a couple issues l in the fridge wasn’t working at the moment I brought a lot of food because they didn’t fix the quick enough but i have to wait about three weeks but it was fixed then I have mold into my bathroom and that was fix that as well after a month but I love the community it’s nice everything is close I wish I don’t have to move But looking forward to next year to maybe find myself a little house Update !!’!!!!!!! 2026 After dealing with mold Multiple trips to the ER I had to move earlier than expected. I had a lot of mold in my kitchen bathroom living room, all vents roaches, but I called at home but although I loved my apartment. Of course the neighbors I think that’s why I was staying there more longer than I would expected, but if the whole situation would’ve been taken care of and would’ve sent me trips to the ER with my son, my grandkids, I would probably want to stay there, but thank God I find me a really nice special place. UPDATE 2/2/26 I moved from there in December 2025 urgently due to the mold it was in the apartment now a year later I got a collection notice For unpaid rent of 2,99 Cleaning fee rugs, binders, a whole bunch of shit. I had that note that I could remove the rugs due to my health besides the mold I was given the OK about the manager at the moment so now I had to pay collections all the one is your money do not move in there is for the roaches is full of rats. Do not fix anything and if they do fix something, it was something used from another apartment that empty. They have more than 40 apartments empty there the apartment at the beginning was good good neighbors good Neighbourhood good everything now it’s like a ghost town nobody wants to live there cause I they do not fix all The main guys gotta be looking for pieces of parts and other units there are the one is your money they put things nice so you can move in and then after that, you gotta work order you gotta wait 3 months for parts to come In the management never knows nothing you ask a question. They don’t know nothing. It comes from Miami so nobody has nothing to say but when it comes to your money, they put you in collections. They’re unfair. They’re pathetic liars charge me for a toilet what the hell I’m gonna do a toilet? You want your hallway your stairs clean yo have to do it !! you . No company comes and do that then if you paint something To make your place look nice not the charging for paint they’re charging for rugs. They’re charging in a few. You’re breathing there, but they didn’t never counted The time that I had to go to emergency room because that apartment was full of mold, which I had doctors know they had it which they had other proof to remove mold &rugs no professional guy went inside. To check the mold have the maintenance guy come and paint over the mold on my vents in my bathrooms everywhere there was mowed. We were constantly sick. My grandkids were sick so if you wanna die, go there and live, I don’t like to get bad reviews, but they deserve it one binder Falls. I’ll put it to the side. We don’t have one right now. Anything breaks they go to another different apartment that is empty and put it in your apartment the refrigerator the stove anything that is needed in there they never have it in the complex never have nothing but the easier to send you to collections for petty DOO NOT MOVE THERE MY MOM’S LIVES THERE AND I’M TRYING TO TOO MANY LEASES THEY WANT $3000 BUT THANK GOD IN APRIL SHE’S GONE CAUSE SHE’S SICK TOO

This place has potential but the owner obviously doesn't care about it's condition because he will not pay to properly fix ANYTHING!!! Maintenance is a joke. Besides being under qualified and inexperienced he doesn't speak English and all he does is put a band aid on everything and say, "I fix. It fixed". Everything is freshly painted upon move in, I mean EVERYTHING, the shower tile and soap dish, outlets, light switches, appliances, closet doors, kitchen cabinet hinges. There's at least 10 coats of paint on EVERYTHING!!! ROACHES!!! RATS!!! No screen doors for the sliding glass door that doesn't properly close so you get hot air blowing in the cracks and gaps. They didn't clean ANYTHING before laying the carpet and linoleum so there's bumps of nails, screws and whatever else, and painting over all of the filth throughout. Black mold under bathroom sink that they just put shelf liner over. The balconies are rotting and getting ready to fall off of the buildings. The HVAC unit is OLD and disgustingly filthy (see pics). The gym has never been open for over a year. There's rotting drywall that just got painted over, including the cracks going up the wall. The appliances barely work because they are so old and they won't replace them either. The amount they charge for rent is too high for what you're getting. New management doesn't speak English either. Bottom line...stay away!!!

WHEN I FIRST MOVE THERE ALMOST TWENTY YEARS AGO,IT WAS NICE AND QUIET EVERYTHING WAS CONVENIENCE WALMART, MARSHALL PUBLIX FAST FOOD REALLY CLOSE LIQUOR STORE RIGHT BEHIND THE APT LENA,MIGUEL THEY USED WORK THERE I WONDER IF THEY STILL WORK THERE.
