Woodberry Woods Apartments

This place is a complete joke.. the Property Manager sucks and is not helpful at all. They make everything a nice and pretty up front but these apartments are not in good shape. I’ve been without a/c in this crazy temperatures we’ve been having for the last 24 days and all I am given is the run around. They claim they fix the problem but they don’t. Do yourselves a favor and spend a little more money and get you a nice place to live where tenants matter.

I've lived here for several years. It has an excellent location. The problem is the management of the property. 1. The rent increases annually, regardless of whether you signed the contract with a fixed amount. 2. They still use super rough, low-quality carpet (except kitchen, laundry, bathrooms). 3. Kitchen appliances and cabinets are very old. If a cabinet breaks, they don't replace it. 4. A/C don’t work frequently. 5. There's a cockroach infestation, and it's getting worse. In recent months, I've had cockroaches crawling on me while I sleep. **The maintenance staff is always willing to help, but often they don't have the necessary materials, so the tenant is the one who suffers.

The leasing agent, Maria, is phenomenal!! She’s courteous, professional, eager to help and just so nice. I appreciate her guidance throughout this process!!
