The new management team here is really good. I have lived here for 7 years now, and have been through a few management changes. Tracy and Carlos are very caring regarding your issues and have a really good team of maintenance workers. The maintenance manhere at the property, is very helpful with maintenance issues and respects your space. I’ve had a terrible experience with this management team—and all the previous ones, for that matter. A manager is supposed to be there to support you and resolve issues in your home, but this woman is no help at all; she opposes everything we say and never solves a thing. She just tells you to check the website. On top of that, the office is never open when you go there; the only ones actually working are the maintenance staff, and even they can't help unless they get the specific orders to do so. It’s a shame to have a manager who is basically a ghost and has zero tact when dealing with tenants who pay their rent month after month. But if you miss a rent payment, they’re the first ones to come after you or slap you with fines. Yet, if *you* need something, nothing happens—it’s just "I'll get around to fixing it whenever I feel like it." What a lousy management team.

The new management, is moving mountains! They are making big changes and, i love it!. Last management was difficult to work with, and took too long to get routine maintenance items done. Now we have routine pest control service, rapid work order turnaround time, improved management availability. Tracy and team, keep up the good work, not thi king about moving out anymore thanks to you.
