Westshore Palms at Kennedy

A very clean and nice place to live And visit.

Lived here for 3 years, at first the place was amazing. But over time they have cycled through so many property managers, and owners and with each one it gets worse and worse. The place isn’t up kept anymore, the grass is dying, kids run around and destroy stuff, and the management doesn’t try to stop it, they had AMAZING maintenance a couple months ago, then let go of them and since then things never get don’t good. Also the best part they allowed some of the units to become airbnbs bringing in new people all the time, that not only sometimes come here and party and are loud, but leave trash around the place and hog up all of the residents stuff, like the gym and pool area, and who knows if those people are safe that come in here. I can say a positive things, never had a roach or bug problem in my unit.

I would give minus five if I could. This location doesn't look anything like the filtered photos they've posted. I booked a place here for a business trip and regretted it immediately. Can tell permanent residents are smoking in their apartments and you have to be ok with bugs in the apartment. Eventually even had my rental car towed even though there was no guidance regarding parking passes. A horrible location, terrible management, terrible experience and false advertising.
