This community generally offers a welcoming and well-maintained environment, with residents often praising the friendly staff, efficient maintenance, and family-friendly atmosphere, especially noting the great pool and convenient access to shops and restaurants. However, some past residents have raised concerns about the value for money, citing occasional delays in addressing maintenance issues and a perceived decline in property upkeep and security over time.

I am incredibly disappointed and hurt by the way I was treated throughout this leasing process. The first time I drove over 30 minutes from St. Petersburg because I wanted to walk the grounds, see if I felt safe, make sure it was dog-friendly, and confirm the property looked like the photos online. After seeing how nice the community was, I went into the leasing office hoping to tour a unit. I was told that because only one employee was working, they couldn’t accommodate walk-in tours. While I understand staffing challenges, I’ve worked in customer service for over 20 years, and I’ve always found ways to make customers feel cared for. Many leasing offices simply place a note on the door while giving a brief tour. Instead, I was turned away and told to schedule another appointment. So I did. On the day of my appointment, I called because the rain was making me about five minutes late. I was specifically told, “No problem. We’ll see you at 1:05.” After driving approximately 40 minutes, I arrived only to be told that tours are not conducted in the rain. I was then informed that everyone had received an email explaining this policy, yet I never received one. More importantly, no one mentioned it during my phone call when I said I was on my way. Had someone simply told me not to make the drive because tours had been suspended, I would have understood. Instead, I wasted another trip for no reason. What hurts the most is that I never felt like anyone genuinely wanted to rent to me. Both times I interacted with Matt, he appeared irritated that I was there. He never smiled, never made me feel welcome, and seemed more interested in handing me paperwork or suggesting I watch a video than actually showing me the apartment I had driven so far to see. Even if the golf cart couldn’t be used because of the weather, there were other reasonable solutions, such as driving to the unit in separate vehicles. I can’t help but wonder whether unconscious bias played a role in how I was treated. Discrimination doesn’t always look obvious. Sometimes it is subtle, sometimes it is hidden behind policies or “protocols,” and that can make it even harder to identify. I cannot say for certain that discrimination occurred, but I can say that I left feeling dismissed, unwelcome, and treated differently than I expected to be. It’s especially discouraging because I am exactly the type of resident a community should want. I have never missed or been late on a rent payment in over 15 years, have never been evicted, and have never received a noise complaint. I came ready to seriously consider making this community my home. To make matters worse, no one followed up afterward. I never received a phone call apologizing for the inconvenience, an email acknowledging what happened, or even an offer to reschedule my tour. After driving a total of more than two hours on two separate occasions, taking off of work, I was simply left feeling like my time and interest in your community didn’t matter. This experience broke my heart. At every step, it felt like there was another reason not to show me the apartment. Whether intentional or not, that’s exactly how it felt from my perspective, and it was incredibly disappointing.

7 years living here in 2 different apartments review. -Maintenance- A+ never had an issue that wasn’t fixed within the same or next day. Emergencies were treated even quicker. -Office Staff- A -These people have a lot of stuff to do , dealing with residents , future residents , still the always had time to help me out with any inquiry. - Facilities A+ - great pool , updated gym , can’t get any better. - Noise - A -in 7 years I only had 1 issue with a neighbor’s dog barking all day, other than that , this is a very quiet area. -Parking C - but you should know what you are getting into if you live in a unit with no garage. - Apartment Quality - B+ these are old apartments and you can tell, but renovations make a huge difference. My appliances were mostly new. Overall A Great community to live in , restaurants and bars makes it even better. I lived there in a 1-1 then a 2-2 with garage and never had a major issues that made me want to move out . Great place , great facilities , for sure recommended l.
