I lived here for a couple of years & appreciate the office staff esp Denise & Jazmine, also Eddie with maintenance was the best. All 3 of them made sure any issues were resolved quickly. If you’re looking for a place with attentive staff, large bedrooms, amenities & closeness to all the stores you need, I recommend this one!

Issue after issue since moving in. Our apartment wasn't even clean when we moved in. 😕 Edit: The property manager is kind but overwhelmed. These buildings are older and need work. A lot of work. However if you just make sure to stay on it. Eventually the problems will be resolved.

I visited this place and fell in love with the cleanliness and the visual appeal of tranquility and tidiness. I applied and was accepted, and I moved in in 2024. After a year living here, I renewed my contract because I feel right at home. There's so much peace and quiet, plants, and space. The maintenance is attentive and consistent, showing solidarity, care, and respect to the tenants. And the manager, Denis, is a very elegant, polite, and respectful woman who is always available. It's worth noting that I've had experience in other condominiums, and honestly, this is "My Favorite Place" for many reasons. Until I buy my own house and everything stays the same, this will be my home. 💝❤️🩹🥰🙏🏻✨️🇺🇸
