Move-in special late June avoided $1,000+ in move-in fees. Maintenance was helpful. Toilet wouldn't flush. Immediately, staff came in with a replacement toilet flush valve in hand. 5 minutes later, I had a working toilet. Front office staff is also friendly. For paper work, a little patience might be necessary. Unbeatable community relative to price. A great value.

The 2 bedrooms are not it.. poop and pee coming up from the tub maintenance is HORRIBLE AND RUDE I moved in for a total of two days the pee and poop water was overflowing my room with all my kids belongings strong smell of that imaging sitting in that smell for not even a couple of hours with a newborn baby told the rent off they wasn’t a help mind u paid $500 to move in and still looking for my $500 refund that was not send out and they have no knowledge of where the money is neither don’t recommend these apartments if u wanna live in piss and poop by all means

Went to visit pretty disgusting on how you leave the trash outside the door also not worth the money yous charge at all not safe apartments for children at all and how the hell you going to fix a fan then dump it in the front door also fix the windows that people are trying to be safe yous get your money right well do the people right
