I must say walking into Vantage today without an appointment to take a tour was one of the highlights of my day. I was not expecting one of the best experiences of my life. Searching for apartments in St. Pete has not been my favorite thing to do but TODAY it was. Aja allowed me to tour some apartments and made me feel so welcomed! She answered all of my questions and I did not feel rushed nor pressured. We had the best time, Vantage was BEAUTIFUL!! Clean, and the apartment views are priceless!! The best part??how they show the residents appreciation by hosting events, food trucks, and let’s talk about the pool!!! Thank you Aja for the BEST experience ever. You have definitely won me over.

The elevator has not worked in four months. Management is terrible about giving us updates about what is going on.

The staff truly goes above and beyond. The amenities are top-notch, and Aja and her team have been absolutely wonderful. I’m very happy here and have decided to extend my lease for another few years. Mikhail Vinarskiy

Living at Vantage has been nothing but a pleasant experience. Incredible location in downtown st petersburg, spacious apartments with high ceilings, Beautiful amenities that are constantly upkept and updated, hallways that are always kept clean and spotless, and a wonderful maintenance / management staff. Could not ask for more!
